Real Madrid used the "Arrow" in 2008
The Spanish "Marca" revealed that the Algerian plane , which crashed on Thursday on the border between Niger and Mali , was the same plane that was used in Real Madrid between 2007 and 2008.The Spanish newspaper said that the "Arrow" , which took off on Thursday from Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso ,to Algeria ,was chartered to Real Madrid during Ramon Calderon presidential period at the Royal Club in 2008.
The newspaper added that the plane, which was leased from a Spanish company called "swiftair " crashed 50 minutes after take-off, after it disappeared from the radar systems, and was led by a Spanish crew of 7 members, carries 110 passengers and fell in the desert between Niger and Mali.
