Leo Messi could be judged for tax fraud

Messi is always, as his father Jorge, under a charge of tax evasion , that what was decided this Monday by the judge of Barcelona who has refused to exempt the charges of tax evasion.

The judge has in effect considered that there was "sufficient evidence" to consider that the argentinian superstar "could be aware and even had accepted the creation of a false society which had as single purpose to evade the obligations related to the exploitation of his images rights " indicates Marca.

Messi could therefore go into judgment and be condemned for this offense.
